Sampan Panjarat: Our new representative

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

The alumni now has a new representative. Sampan Panjarat, an alumni from Thailand was elected as a new representative replacing Andi Arsana who served as the first representative of the Alumni. In her letter to the alumni, Sampan acknoledged Andi’s contribution to the organisation and was thankful that that. Sampan also appreciated “Francois and all alumni friends” who support her nimination as a representative.

However, Sampan also mention that having a representative and focal points for different regions is not the end of the story. We need to step forward, Sampan noted. She urged alumni, especially the region’s focal point to present their ideas to develop the work ahead.

With the support of all alumni, which seem to be more organised now, Sampan will lead the organisastion and hopefully can make some good ideas real. Good luck, Sampan. We are all with you.
