ICP 11 Concludes on a very high note for Fellowship but bitter sweet as Division looses Gaby
11th ICP Meeting ends with the recognition for the need for additional capacity development assistance, and high praises for the Fellowship Programme.
This ICP also marks the last for which Ms. Gabriele Goettsche-Wanli will serve as Secretary, as she will be moving to another Division within the Office of Legal Affairs… All those who came through the Division will know what a huge loss this is to the Programme.
