Dossou Rodrigue is a jurist by profession and Assistant to the Consular Affairs Desk in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Benin since 2004. He obtained his master’s degree in legal sciences, option political science and international relations from the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin (2006). His research has been focused on Policies of reinforcement of African Peace-keeping Capacities.
