Ms. Sara Repetto holds an LLB from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and is a Senior Legal Adviser of the General Directorate and Captaincies and Coast Guard (Peru’s National Maritime Authority). In this capacity, she conducts legal analysis and assessments of maritime issues, under the scope of competence of the Peruvian National Maritime Authority given by national law, in order to provide supporting information for high level decision-making processes. DICAPI’S competences include: the safety of life at sea, the protection of the marine environment, and the suppression of unlawful acts at sea, among others.
