Dear UN-NF Fellows,
I write today to thank you for your kind and heartfelt letter.
I am very greatful also to have received the lovely pictures drew by your children. Two and half months have now passed since the earthquake. Northeast Japan, the area struck hardest by the disaster, is setting out slowly on the road to recovery.

Thank you Mr. Sasakawa. What we did, we did because we care and it matters to us how to give back to those who helped us to be better ocean people! Our hearts are still with you and the people of Japan. We hope for a fast recovery and better days in the near future!
