Izildo Roque Rangel Ferreira obtained a Law degree in 2004 from the Faculty of Law at the Eduardo Mondlane University, Mozambique.
In 2005 he has started working at the National Institute for Sea and Borders Affairs (an organ which is subordinated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Coordination) as a Legal Adviser in the Directorate of Legal Affairs, Studies and Information. He is a member of the Mozambique Law Bar Association and previously worked as a lawyer in civil, criminal and labor cases.
His current responsibilities and duties includie: Planning activity; International legislation analyses; Production of the related law proposals; Production of labour agreement; Production of the technical reports; Fieldwork on the land borders.
