Mr. Kwadjosse obtained a B.Sc. Natural Resource Management degree (with specialization in Freshwater Fisheries and Watershed Management) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana in 2004. He has worked as an intern with Monitoring Control and Surveillance Division of thenthen Directorate of Fisheries (now Fisheries Commission) for a year before being employed as an Assistant Fisheries Officer in 2006. He is currently a Senior Fisheries Officer and the Western Regional Head of the Monitoring Control and Surveillance Division (MCSD) and the Regional Coordinator of the Fisheries Enforcement Unit (FEU) of the Fisheries Commission in Takoradi.
Mr. Kwadjosse is responsible for the enforcement of the rules and regulations governing the use of the fisheries resources in the Western Region of Ghana. He is also tasked with drawing training programs for Marine Police and National Service Volunteers, liaising with the Ghana Navy, Ghana Police, the Air Force and Attorney General’s Department to plan and execute at sea patrols, arrest and prosecute offenders, as well as education of the resource users to encourage voluntary compliance.
